No diffuser bead.  Essential oils can be applied directly to inside of leather cuff.

Copper plated zinc alloy. Nickel and lead free.  These are the sizes that I already have made.  They are sold as is and can not be adjusted.  These bracelets are meant to be more fitted.  The best way to find the size you are wanting is to measure your wrist and add around 1”. If you have a question about fit or size then please ask prior to order.
